Objective

0-to-1 architecture of an end-to-end claims lifecycle ecosystem, moving from fragmented manual intake to a unified Single Source of Truth.

The insurance claims industry is historically plagued by Point Solutions — disconnected tools that handle only small slivers of a claim's life. This fragmentation leads to massive cycle times, human error in document validation, and missed SLAs that damage policyholder trust. The requirement was a 0-to-1 platform that could scale from First Notice of Loss to final resolution, while remaining flexible enough for different carriers to customize their stack.

Pillar: Agentic Flows

Instead of a rigid, monolithic application, we engineered the UI as a series of Agentic Interfaces — a suite of Intelligence Modules spanning Communications, SLA Monitoring, and Document Processing. Each module acts as a specialized agentic partner.

The Building Block approach allowed the client to implement a Modular Pricing Model, letting their customers pay only for the intelligence they need. This turned design into a direct competitive advantage and a primary selling point.

Pillar: The Reasoning Layer

We designed the Progressive Validation Engine to bridge the gap between basic document presence and sophisticated cross-document consistency analysis. The UI degrades gracefully — if the AI lacks data, the interface adapts, showing exactly what is missing and why. When inconsistencies are found in narratives or estimates, the Reasoning Layer flags the error with expert-level precision, allowing the human-in-the-loop to validate with a single click.

Building trust through transparency — the system never hides what it doesn't know.

Pillar: Real-Time SLA Monitoring

To eliminate the Bottleneck Anxiety common in high-volume carriers, we implemented a proactive monitoring layer — a high-velocity dashboard that prioritizes work based on Time-to-Impact. Automated alert systems function as an Early Warning System, preventing delays before they reach the policyholder.

Shifting from reactive firefighting to predictive flow management.

This project was defined by complete harmony between design and engineering. While the back-end agents were being coded, we built the UI modules in parallel using a Component-First design system — ensuring that as new agentic logic was finalized, the interface was ready to plug and play. As a Continuous Engine partner, soor.studio continues to maintain the system, launch new modules, and is currently architecting the native mobile extension for field adjusters.

The protocol has moved from a 0-to-1 concept to a market-disrupting reality. The modular UI approach has enabled a hyper-efficient pricing strategy that consistently undercuts traditional competitors while delivering superior agentic capability.

Following a successful implementation with their first carrier, the client is currently in advanced talks with two of the Top 5 insurance carriers in the United States.
